New 28 Day Programs from Borders Counselling

We’re please to be able to offer a range of 28 day CBT programs from Borders Counselling. Each program shows participants how to tackle a difficult challenge, such as depression, anger management, anxiety or agoraphobia.

Participants work through a carefully devised online program with the support of one of Borders expert therapist. Each program is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – a proven approach to creating quick and lasting change.
